Conveyor car wash cost depends on the length, from 9 meters to a long custom tunnel, the arch sequence, the optional equipment and the site itself, including queue length, water, drainage and electrical capacity. Up to 130 cars an hour. Throughput depends on the tunnel length, the arch sequence and the conveyor speed: the conveyor runs at a standard pace for detailed washing and at Speed 2 for peak queues. The carwash tunnel itself starts at a compact 9 meters, with standard modules to 30 meters and longer lines, such as 121 ft (37 m), built to order. On top of that, the site needs room for the queue of cars waiting to load onto the conveyor. Send the site dimensions, including queue length, with your quote request.

The tunnel takes vehicles up to 220 cm wide and 250 cm high, and it is built for cars. For buses, coaches and trucks, we build the SUNRISE full-height gantry, a separate machine for heavy vehicles. Check your tallest and widest regular vehicle against these limits before choosing a machine.

The conveyor tunnel is a brush wash. Its brushes use automated power feedback through digital pressure control, with soft start and soft stop on every brush. A tunnel can also carry high pressure stages, such as a 100 bar wheel wash. For a fully brushless wash, we build the Acrobat 2X touchless rollover.

Every model carries 11 accessories as standard: a horizontal brush system with digital pressure control, a conveyor speed controller, adjustable fast and slow washing speed, and a chemical dosing pump for shampoo, foam and varnish. It also has a color-screen operator panel, soft start and stop on all brushes, a vehicle counter, photo-optical operation, indoor lighting, collision control and emergency stop buttons at both ends.

We do, and every tunnel carries a 12-month warranty. We install every tunnel, and our US company in Greenacres, Florida installs and services our machines from there. Our service technicians and spare parts stock are at that base, and after-sales service continues once the line is running. We have installed conveyor tunnels in Ocala, Florida, where we built and operate Ali's Car Wash, and in New Jersey.

We build it and you run it, through the We Build It You Run It turnkey service. We secure a commercial site, work the zoning, building and operating permits, install and calibrate the machines, hire and train the crew, and hand over a running wash with membership, payments and daily reporting configured. You bring the capital and the intent to operate the business.

The digital operator screen runs point-by-point fault diagnostics that pinpoint the component that needs attention. The same color screen calculates and projects consecutive vehicle pickup times and counts every washed vehicle. Collision control and stop buttons at both ends of the tunnel let the crew halt the line.
