The Ephesus takes 2 to 2.5 minutes per vehicle. The vehicle stands still while the machine travels over it on rails and runs automatically under PLC control. Your hourly count depends on how vehicles enter and leave the bay, so tell us your expected peak volume and we will cover it in the quote.

The Ephesus washes passenger cars, vans, jeeps and minibuses. The maximum washing height is 300 cm and the maximum washing width is 220 cm. For trucks and buses, see the SUNRISE gantry, which we build for buses, coaches, rigid trucks, vans and trailers.

The Ephesus uses brushes: two vertical brushes for the sides and one horizontal brush for the front, roof and back. For a rollover with no brushes, we build the Acrobat 2X, which washes with water from a 100 or 200 bar pump and chemical foam, for vehicles whose finish must not be touched.

The Ephesus needs 380 V / 50 Hz power with 3 kW installed. It needs water at 3.5 bar, 60-80 lt/min, and compressed air at 6 bar, 56 lt/min. Water and air are flow rates while the machine runs. Electricity use is 0.15 kWh per vehicle.

The Ephesus runs on rails 10 m long and 300 cm apart. The machine is up to 365 cm wide and 400 cm high, and it washes vehicles up to 300 cm high. Plan the bay around those dimensions, and send your site dimensions with your quote request.

Yes. The modular design of the Ephesus allows easy integration of optional equipment. The standard rollover car wash equipment already includes a horizontal brush with inverter speed adjustment, a chemical dosing pump for foam, a pedestal operator panel and soft start and stop. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.

The digital operator panel offers 10 different program forms, with a counter for each program so you can see how many vehicles each one has washed. Operator encryption is optional, and address-indicated fault signalling shows where a fault sits. The whole wash runs automatically under PLC computer control.

Yes. A rotary nozzle high-pressure unit washes the side surfaces and the rims at least 70-100 bar. A chassis washing system sprays the underbody at 7.5 bar, with nozzles that move left and right. A V-jet sprays water and chemicals at 4 bar through special nozzles.

The horizontal brush has a Digital Power Control Reader and a safety roller. Soft start and soft stop come as standard, together with an emergency stop button. The operator panel signals faults with an address indication, so the operator can see which part of the machine needs attention.

The Ephesus is built for minimal operating and maintenance costs. It uses 0.15 kWh of electricity per vehicle, on 3 kW of installed power. Water runs at 60-80 lt/min and air at 56 lt/min while the machine works. Fault signalling on the operator panel shows where a fault sits.
