Introducing our ACROBAT 2X brushless automatic car wash machine. This is a revolutionary next-generation contactless system consisting of two movable arms that operate on supporting bridge. It’s fast, economical, and driven by an advanced automation system controlled by a PLC. Easy to use, it boasts low operating and maintenance costs. Thanks to its design and technology, it can be installed even in the tightest spaces. The system is modular, allowing for adaptation to different washing needs and the addition of various accessories.

Tailored to different washing requirements. It offers various washing programs with operation times ranging from a minimum of 2.5 minutes to a maximum of 6 minutes. With its high-pressure power, the ACROBAT 2X cleans your vehicle meticulously and flawlessly all without physical brush contact, using robotic precision.

The ACROBAT 2X Car Wash Machine can wash and dry vehicles of all sizes, up to 2.20 meters in height and width, with customizable washing options. Its technology enables movement in six axes. The movable washing arms, foam spraying system, and high-pressure washing system feature 3D capabilities.

Thanks to automatic direction change and surface detection features based on the profile of the washed vehicle, the front, back, sides, and top surfaces are cleaned impeccably. All movements within the system are controlled by inverters with various speed options. All metal components are protected against rust and corrosion through hot-dip galvanization. Galvanized surfaces are additionally coated with electrostatic paint.

High pressure water, sensitive wash

Vibrating and pulsating water ejected from the nozzles effectively removes dirt from surfaces with high-pressure force, ensuring a quality wash without damaging the vehicle. Robotic arms carrying the washing nozzles move on a supporting bridge. Synchronized movements of the robotic arms ensure consistent washing quality across all surfaces of the vehicle. The technology allows the arms to wash the entire upper body of the vehicle from the front plate section, following it at a distance until reaching the rear plate section. High-pressure water is supplied by high-efficiency piston-type jet pumps.

The motors in the system operate with Inverter Speed Control Devices, provide significant energy savings. A pressure adjustment valve is included in the system for customizable water pressure settings. High-pressure pump groups are mounted on a special chassis within a protected cabin for safety.
